Use the 123ContactForm – Wix Contacts integration to collect data in your Contacts on Wix, through form submissions. Interact with your website visitors, gather contacts and establish new relationships in a quick and easy manner. The application is automatically enabled once your web form has been added on your Wix webpage.

Important: The integration works only when the online form is submitted on a Wix webpage.

Ways to customize the Wix Contacts application:

1. In the 123FormBuilder from Wix, click on the Configure settings link, on the bottom page. You’ll be redirected to the Customize panel, where you can associate form fields with Wix Contacts fields. Hit Save to exit the lightbox.

Note: In Customize, Wix Contacts fields are located in each dropdown list on the right. The more form fields you have added to your form, the more dropdown lists will appear in the Customize lightbox.

2. In 123ContactForm, go to the Settings → 3^rd Party Apps section of your form and you’ll find the Wix Contacts application already installed.

Hit Customize, tick the checkbox and associate form fields with Wix Contacts fields. Press Save to keep changes and you are done.
