To publish online forms from your 123ContactForm account on your Webs website, go to the Get Code & Publish → Embed Code section of your form and copy the Javascript code.

Next, log in your Webs.com account and enter the editor of the webpage where you want the form added. From the footer, click on the Other tab. Drag and drop the Custom HTML module on your page and double-click it to edit.

Paste the Javascript code in the HTML editor and hit Save Changes.

Now your online form is published and smoothly embedded on your Webs website. You can add as many online forms as you want on the same page by repeating the previous steps.
